Originating in Marseille, like the Compagnie Fruitière group to which it belongs, our company was born in 1957 from the ambition of its founders to create a major specialist in the logistics of perishable fresh produce. This long experience has enabled us to develop for our customers a perfect expertise in the routing of their freight from door to door, between Africa and the European continent.
Our business as a transport operator takes full advantage of the synergies between the group’s different subsidiaries. It is built around the regular shipping routes operated by AEL, identified by its EAGLE bill of lading and supported by its own network of EOLIS agencies at all ports of call.
In order to give its customers the benefits of AEO status and as a Freight forwarder, TRANSIT FRUITS adopted the AEO approach and has obtained the status of Authorised Economic Operator (AEO) and was issued the certification AEOF “Customs Simplifications”/”Safety and Security” under the reference FR00164231.
